It worked for me for an aphid infestation. I was putting a bunch of “sticks” back into my tent, but they all lived and no aphids returned.
I’m actually going to try this tomorrow …I’ll be taking cuts of the apple fritter and mac1. The tk is lost. @JoeCrowe , remove all leaves except one? And clone sticks basically?
Thank you for this information.
Ahh I c one growing node is to be left. Well everyone wish me luck. Time to save lumpy’s apple fritter and caps mac1! I don’t know what I’d do without all of you great people helping with advice, and showing me I actually have options. These strains have been on my list to get for a long time, there is a chance I may just be able to keep them.

Glad you salvaged something, those SM are some kind of bitch!
I’m actually going to take cuts of the mac1 and apple fritter. And try and save the strain. Thanks I’m glad I salvaged as well…spider mites suck.
just got caught up and so sorry bud spider mites can be a bitch from what ive read up on glad i havent had to experience that thankfully not a complete loss and hopefully you can get your stable back up and running to decent order asap sending good vibes and love your way @Pawsfodocaws
Thank you for the kind words. I have high hopes. They have been outside for a few days, so I hope they clone ok. I really have it out for the mac and the fritter so I’m going to try really hard.
Yah I do the stick cloning to make sure I get rid of all the spider mite eggs as well. I haven’t actually tried it and left the leaves on. Also, you can root the clones first then do the bug drowning. Then you don’t have to worry about the cloning failing after. Sometimes I can lose a stick when they aren’t rooted yet if I don’t put them under the light and give them nutrient after stripping the leaves.
Thanks for that info, is it just straight water? I’m 24 hours into ozoning my room where I will clone. Then Comes electrostatic cleansing. Another day of ozone I think I’ll be ok…
Yah I just use cold ass tap water. When I doused the mites, I went and cleaned the bloom area by mopping up, then I took the clones from the veg room and washed them. Put them back into the bloom room(freshly mopped) in a newly cleaned cloner, and then proceeded to wash the veg room. I changed the bloom room to veg timing as well heh heh. Nowadays, I always use the protocol zero on incoming clones to nip the problem in the bud.
I’m glad you’re going to try to save them! And @JoeCrowe 's method for sanitizing works great! It’s helped me a couple of times now, and I’ve had 100% success.
So the TK is gone for good? Dang it.
No I still have it,. It’s in poor health. But I can try and save it as well. Might as well. Don’t lose hope. @Rhino_buddy
Thanks for this man, I was about to straight give up. Now I have a fighting chance
Man, I’m so sorry about your sm problem-
I had the same thing happen to me a long time ago…
I tried to fight them, but finally just shut down.
I haven’t been very interested in taking in clones since.
With the recent hlvd discovery, I’m even more reluctant-
It sucks, but I’m getting a handle on it. My flower room is pest free. My veg room will be done with 2 or 3 days of blasting full blast ozone in it. Then I’ll be electrostatic spraying a cleansing agent. The plants have all been treated, or should I say drenched in 70% neem oil solution. I’m going to be taking cuts of the mac1, apple fritter, and the triangle kush. . Death to all spider mites!!!
ARE NOT WHAT I NEEDI took cuts from the apple fritter, the mac 1 and the triangle kush. I then cut them down to sparce leaves mostly small. And then dunked in a neem oil solution. And left to dry,. The room has been on full blast ozone for three days. And sprayed for more assurance. The cloner box was cleansed with bleach as well as the ozone bath the whole room had. The cloner has been loaded with equal amounts of each strain to ensure atleast one makes it. Clonex solution was used as well as midas cloning gel. Wish me luck on saving my strains.
Where did you get your apple fritter clone from? I had it sent twice to Canada. They arrived but usps took forever to get it to customs.
“Schock and Awe” . Great deployment, I have more trust in your knowledge than in your luck …
Thanks kind sir!
