What’s on top of your pots?
Pics were taken before there dinner time I did top them just a little bit. They were reaching for the sky before they had enough trunk. They have a light scent to them hard to describe. The best I can do is a light caremel/earth with a twist of Grapefruit in it. Lol my GF is stoned right now and she says it smells like it does just before a rainstorm comes.
That’s chopped up pool noodles, I use it to slow evaporation and help deter fungus knats I don’t have any so it must work.

It works really well to use inside the soil as well. The roots really love it. 1$ covers 20+ plants and I have some left

see thats really interesting. No idea where that came from. Mom smelled and tasted like ceder and maybe a hint of fruit. Dad had a cherry front with a dill/og back note.

Just plucked a small leaf from the bottom to crush n roll onto my fingers. It smells of Caramel/Dill on both of them its not very loud smelling. I really like the smell I wish I can turn up the volume on it.

Sounds crazy. I got rotten feet smell coming for a tent. It’s ruff.

Planted August 10, around 25 days old these plants are pretty impressive and showing nice vigorous growth to this point. Five out of seven of my tester beans after one not sprouting and one never progressing after a few days after sprouting. They were all topped a week ago.
After the first trimming for airflow and to ease watering. Take note of the size of these stems!
Finally a little bit of root to show, getting closer to a need for up potting
@PetalPowerseed you might just be on to something. All of them are growing quite symmetrical in growth, with the exception of a couple of cm. in height.

Quick photo-less update…
The “standout” biggest plant and 2ed biggest of the 6 testers are both male 
… don’t know if I will/can keep them or if I will cull them… I know you asked for me to save a clone. I assume that your request was assuming it turned out female???
But in other news, on 9-8-21, I dropped 13 more of your Freakshow beans into a mix of dH2O, H2O2, and ful-power fulvic acid. I think I still have 10 more left in the puck… I picked the 8 “best” and the 5 “worst” seeds of the lot. Within 36 hours all 13 germinated and were planted! Of the 13, 11 have already emerged from the soil. However, one still has it’s helmet on so it may need my help, which may or may not kill it. I am gonna give it until tomorrow before I intervene.
Just wanted to give you a shout-out for the great job you did on that Freakshow seed run!!!

I had to go out of town for 3 wks (family emergency). I put them on autopilot on untested watering system. They have been unintentally neglected. They are OK, but could b better.

All the leaves were drooping straight down and I removed the dried up ones. I waited 3 hrs before taking the pic. I know that I mentioned that I was gonna flip them on the 10th but I decided to wait. I really like how hardy these are. Some of my others didn’t do as well. #5 had fallen to the side (top heavy, soil bone dry). I’m hoping the smell comes back cuz they have no scent at all now. My new tent is 9’ tall on the inside so I shouldn’t have height issues.
