Not really a pet. More like a friend. This doe has been following me around for 2 years. Everytime I go in the woods or pasture feild to do some work she is waiting for me. She is completely wild and stays about 10 feet away from me. No closer and not much farther. I talk to her and sometimes sing to her. She likes “Locomotive Breath” by Jethro Tull.

Connecting with a wild animal is something magic, I will never trust anybody my dog doesn’t approach, they know who to trust so you may feel blessed for that …

RIP Talon and Hero
Hero passed overnight unfortunately, he lived with my mother sister and started seizing overnight. It went downhill from there so that was hard on them I think.
I knew it was coming because he had been having periodic episodes my mom said, and she brought him down for a visit couple months ago. He looked so happy, I know I was.
And as a bonus cause I just noticed it, here’s a picture of my cousin’s dog Hera. I don’t get to see her really but I was hanging out with my cousin a bunch when she was younger and she was was cute. These dogs are so loving and excitable sometimes, at least she was.
Pretty easy to tell when she gets excited… starts breathing faster and doing tippy taps

Lola… oh I miss Lola, what a great dog. My best friends Staffordshire Terrier “Thor” knocked up a bird dog, pointer. I grabbed Lola from them at 4wks old because the jerk was taking them to the pound. bottle fed her and cared for her… she loved her basketball, HER basketball… and do NOT go to the lake and not take her… talk about a dog pouting… RIP girl.
