Poll šŸ˜ How old are you? šŸ‘“

I would have guessed you were 50 something :joy:

I turned 50 late last year but I donā€™t look it. I work with a bunch of 20-somethings who are invariably shocked when they find out ā€˜that cool, long-haired dudeā€™ is older than their parents :sunglasses:

If anyone ever asks my secret to looking young I answer with ā€œClean living!ā€ then see how long I can keep a straight face.

Age definitely catches up to you though. I had some pretty crazy medical diagnoses the past few years. They made me pay more attention to my health which I guess is a good thing. Should have done that years agoā€¦

No matter how old, once you get back into a little exercise, you can feel great. Iā€™ve been paddling the kayak a lot this year up at the lake and itā€™s really helped my shoulders and general well being. At 65 I still think like a younger person. Probably because I never got marriedā€¦

Youā€™re only as old as the women you feel. That being said I need to be 20 something again, even if for just a couple hours lol

1979 was a good year not just for music but also a few good humans too haha!

I really appreciate the elders on this page, definitely some gurus in the mix

Never doubt the healing powers of our sacred tree, last year I beat cancerā€¦ took out 9 tumors with RSO in 10 months. Doctors are still scratching their heads, bless :seedling: :muscle:t4:

@oldfreak Congratulations on your retirement. We (hubby and I) did the same thing last year. We had to move out of Calif to afford to do it, but I am so glad we did. Loving life in Oregon now . At 57, I hopefully have lots of years left to just enjoy life and OverGrow!!!

So I started smoking again to cure colon issues and insomnia, but it took my acid reflux, neck pain and anxiety as well. I reduced my pill load in half.
