Bh x Mikado #4 (conical buds)
Structurally very strong, no support so far but might just be that #1 just has more weight. Getting very close, mostly cloudy but few amber.

Couple of testers of the Blockhead x Mikado #1. Top one has been in the jar a couple days, bottom nearly dry. Will twist a jay of the bud with a cure for a smoke report soon.

Blockhead x Mikado smoke report
Smell was sweet and lemon but the pull on the unlit joint revealed tones off cantaloupe and earthiness. When lit the smoke was earthy, spicy with the cantaloupe throughout. My tolerance is shit with all the rosin so can’t give much effects report but, the pain from arthritis in my hands, is noticeably diminished off one joint!

I suck at describing tastes/smells.
My edible and concentrate intake also hinders my ability a little bit for judging buds.
But I am definitely excited to try the Blockhead x Mikado I have going, arthritis is a bitch and if this strain can help with that then I will be very happy!

Interesting haven’t found that particular smelling one out of 3 I’ve grew none are the same . The preferred one at the moment cures to a skunky cheese .
I’ll add this I just now got the wife to take a smell of another og members bh x m that I received and she thinks it has a cantaloupe/ skunk smell.

From front left counter clockwise. Bh x Mikado #4, pancakez #1, bh x Mikado #1, pancakez 2.
Blockhead x Mikado on straight water with an eye to take them down in two days. They are at day 65f now.
Pancakez are stacking but did not seem to to respond well to my recent efforts to defoliate and expose more bud sites. They might be one of this strains that loves the LITFA, we’ll see what I end up with. They are at 48f and buds are very dense and everything sticky.

Blockhead x Mikado came down this morning 67f. #1 (top) has the more flat top buds but less smell than #4.

Truly one of the more memorable plants to grow, great structure, very forgiving of PH swings(has to be 4 me), respond very well to schwazz. Smell was lacking a bit on #1 at harvest but hoping my dry and cure isn’t a dumpster fire. Great work on this one @Oldtimerunderground, regardless of the smoke, a fine cannabis specimen.
