Ok yeah my last run I gave fox farm a go it’s good, I did happy frog early
And did a 50/50 mix of happy frog and ocean forest for flower. Then amended through out flower with some Gaia green. Had pretty good results, did get a little to burn when I tried to double the amount of gg. Running differnt stuff is just kinda fun for me. Like after this go I plan on taking some clones and running a coco setup with earth juice to see how that goes and use my normal run as a baseline.

So you’re normally more of a hydro/coco guy? Only do soil here. Will expand someday

Nah I have always done soil through amendments and what I guess is called living soil now. Used to just be called healthy soil. But just for fun I’m trying to learn coco a bit the idea of what I see some people do in small pots is impressive. Like Doug Dawson and the one gallon pots. Jaws has some small pots going and is also impressive! After twenty years or so just playing around. Mostly cause I won’t earth juice sugar peak set up at the grow store. Just something for fun in the grow room.

Haha same. I’d love to learn. Always amazed by people like DD etc who can get ridiculously fast growth. Like I said, soil getting compacted and being slow in root growth would be my only complaint. Love the results of soil, just think I’m wasting a lot of time in the seed/vegging process
Who predicted this one being an early finisher? Dead on. Sorry for the bad pics, but just wanted to give a general idea of how she looks. It definitely has always looked fast, but this is insane. This is week 6 of flower Unbelievable. Looks basically done. Lusty Lady is just Lightning Lady.

Forgot to include the half-sister, Gametime. Also at day 44f. Not as lightning quick, and not as colorful, but the trichome heads are looking huge, at least to the naked eye.
And even though my last set of pics of LL is only 2 days told, I couldn’t resist posting more of this beauty

Slurriking #2 was a winner all around. Dense, vigorous, and resilient while growing. Bud was dense and potent all the way down.

Surpisingly a cheese and diesel-y smell to it. SK#1 was much more like cookies plant in every way, but not this one. Skunky funky cheese and diesel, and very powerful/sedating.

If i told you these pics were from week 9, would you believe me?
It is only day 46 of 12/12 for this Lusty Lady from Exotic Genetix… not even week 7, and she’s definitely done. Lots of color, cola tips getting slightly cooked, barely drinking, no new buds/pistils in weeks, trichomes look mature.
You can refer up a few posts and see she was damn near done even at week 6. I had to check my calendar 3 different times. I’ve never seen anything like it. I consider a true 8 week finisher pretty fast.

I love it. Very fruity and sweet, but in a natural fruity way, not like candy. Maybe like mixed berries? No specific fruit, definitely not sharp or citrus.

A little update on the CJ91 from GCBudz. #1 is at day 38 of flower. It has endured my shitty experimental soil mix like an absolute champ. It is spitting out frost and boatloads of stink. It overwhelms everything else in the tent. Classic chem “dank basement” smells, skunk, something awful, but lovely. Hard to get more specific yet.
Gametime (GT#1) at 51st day of flower. Looking fast, but nowhere near as fast as its half-sister, Lusty Lady. These two from the Red Runtz line from Exotic look and grew pretty differently, but smell somewhat similar. They both have a smell of old mixed fruit, but in a way i find pleasant. The GT has a much more skunk dominant smell, with a hint of wine and fruit, but LL is much more a sweet, fruity plant, with a hint of skunk.
LL#1. FAST finisher. Cut down around day 47, it was already starting to naturally senesce. The preflower bracts, or whatever those were called, were all starting to turn brown. Here it is about 36 hours spent hanging.

Gametime, half-sister of the Lusty Lady, at week 8 of 12/12. Took on a lot of color in the last couple of weeks. Smells mostly skunky, with maybe a slight hint of something sweet and fruity.

Cap Junky x Chem 91 by GCBudz. Unfortunately suffering a bit because of my experimental soil. Cant wait to have to stop saying that, lol. I think it’s been made worse by the Chem 91 being super cal/mag hungry, and may have been underdosing the calmag early on. Still pushing out frost like they dont even notice, even if the leaf is ugly af

Gametime came down at day 63, very ready, partially senesced(sp?)/dead already.
and CJ91 #1, the biggest and oldest of the CJ91 bunch, at day 52. Very frosty. Very, very stinky. Leaf ugly af, bud couldnt be prettier.
