Clinical and clean. That epoxy we used is my Pops garage. It makes everything easier. Pit his 60’s Mustang on casters an spins it. Clean floors are awesome. Nice frame work and everything looks right. I wish you well.

When you get some time I need to get up with you for a strip led cabinet build. Just need help with the lights, drivers, small stuff. Looks great @ReikoX Rock on…:call_me_hand::grin::v:

Also go with the grain when washing with the cold water, with fiberglass, when you scrub upwards, it sets those slivers in, down helps drag them out…

@ReikoX Your rooms looking deadly so far man…

About that red door? Are you planning on protecting your grow room, with a red door as well?

The red doors are a stylistic thing. The basement has the same red running through it.

Your roomas are coming along nicely. Lots of prep and attention to detail in this stage is great. This build when complete will be fantastic.

Looking forward to seeing the finished product which by the looks of things is not too far away :+1:

I applied the Rustoleum paint stripper to the floor and let it set for about three hours. I then scraped it up and washed it with dish soap again. A couple more times rinsing it and I think it is about ready for the epoxy. I still have the other side to prep as well.

Veg side, before and after.

Flower side, before and after.

Hey ReikoX

This is starting to become quite a mission, but will be so worth it in the end. I’m enjoying the ride along with you in your adventures, keep up the great work.

Cheers Johnny

I did a little art project last night. A plano waterproof tackle box, $5 at walmart. Two pieces of craft foam, $2 at Michael’s. Travel container for dabs, priceless.

Got the first piece of sheetrock on the ceiling and hung my cabinets back up. These were moved from the east wall to the west wall, and will still be above the workbench.

Got the doors put back on, but waiting to fill them. I am debating painting them white.

I also moved two pieces of the workbench into the flower room. This gives me the next 5’x8’ area to prep for the epoxy floor.

Still have my bonsai mums in the Quarantine tent. 10 bonsai mums and four rooted cuts in a 16" x 16" tent. Good thing I have a lot of micro practice.

Still thinking about containers, etc. My original plan was to build custom trays on casters with fabric pots. The dimensions I chose gave me quite a bit of room.

I saw these 64-gallon commander totes being used elsewhere. They would work, but only give me about 1/2" of clearance in the shorter distance. I can see this being a bit of a PITA to get these actually into position with the wheels only being on two sides. The more I look at this drawing, I doubt I could even fit three in there, I would likely have to go with two.

While at Home Depot, I found these 45-gallon totes with slightly smaller dimensions. They also have wheels on two sides, but are slightly smaller all around. However, I would probably only put 30 gallons of soil in them vs 45 gallons of soil in the other totes. I may be using these if I don’t decide to go back to the custom built beds.

Interesting conundrum. I thought your original 30 Gal. design with the built in SCROG net was super as the plants are quite mobile after they hit the net.
How would you handle the net with the separate totes?

Same way, PVC pipes in the corners. Just like the Soma style beds. I’m leaning toward going back that direction. Not too sure yet.

Once you get that epoxy resin on that floor it should look like polished concrete.

Do it… wrap it in stickers
