Was supposed to get 4 - 1gal jugs of 12% hydrogen peroxide today and amazon sent me hydrochloric acid instead. I mean wtf?

how much do you want for it? i was about to buy some to dissolve some circuit boards. i have about 300lbs of them so not sure how much i need.
Just the shipping. 4 gallons of water is 32 lbs so sure the acid is around that. PM me info and I can check shipping cost. They seem to only be around 10 bucks each at home depot. Make em only worth $40 or so so hopefully we can get shipping less than that or it wouldnt be worth it to ya.
near as i can figure it weighs 6lbs per gal. i can’t find it on amazon for any cheaper than $20 a quart. if i can’t find it locally cheaper than that i’ll send ya a pm on it and we can figure out something. i was going to start recovering it this winter so this may just be worth it.
This may not work for you then. Its muriatic acid which is lower purity hydrochloric acid at anywhere from 14% to 29% pure acid. No idea if thats enough for your purposes. This is the product Amazon sent me. If youre looking for higher octane/pure hydrochloric acid this may not work. No clue.

i think i’d better pass on it then, i’d hate to get all that and not be able to use it. i could concentrate it i guess but i am not a chemist and would likely kill myself. i hesitate to try the recovery process at all since it is rather dangerous, but i am making a hood to vent the fumes and work inside of. tricky stuff actually, that’s why i’ve had these boards for almost four years now.

My xecuter modded original Xbox HD died a few years back and I’d love to try and repair but I haven’t messed with hardware in a decade or more so I’m kinda out of my element.
that’s the great thing about hardware, it doesn’t change much. it gets smaller, sometimes the screws change heads, but not much change other than that. sometimes it’s a bitch getting the case open these days.
