Sweet, a bit of patience and she’ll be rooted no problem!
Ya. I messed up a little - meant to put it in a clear cup then solo cup on the outside but my brain went on vacation and I put it in the solo cup without the clear. Will be a little harder to see how the roots are doing. I wanted to put it in a bigger container once it has enough roots but will wait a bit longer to make sure I guess.
It’ll be pretty apparent when it’s starting to make roots you’ll see the leaves turning yellow as it eats itself to generate roots. From there you could keep it in the dome for maybe 3-5 more days just to ensure they’ve rooted and then begin hardening them off.
To harden off take them out of the dome for say 30 minutes and see if they say, if not leave them a bit longer. Once they say put them back in the humidity done…keep repeating a few times until they’re acclimated to the lower humidity level.
Thanks for the advice.
I just wish my plants were as smart as yours -
I ask my plants what they want but they never answer me!
Maybe it’s the strain?
Keep the advice coming. I am like a sponge - soaking it up over here.
Then I will just shake my head like a snow globe and hopefully something useful floats to the top! Lol!
HAGO!
Lol should have been ‘sag’ there. I’m glad my plants can’t talk they’d probably just be telling me off for torturing them all the time!
I just had the movie “Little Shop of Horrors” pop into my head! Lol! FEED ME!!!
Hey all! Been a little slow getting on here to update my grow as I was also getting some stuff ready for the 16 oz. cup contest. So having a tiny bit of yellow on some leaves. I know this can just be from over watering but I don’t think it is in this case. Might have gone a little to heavy with the nutes (mainly N) on the last watering. Here’s a pic if anyone can verify that?
Still doing well though.
Nothing much new. Will be taking a few more clones to keep the height down on the Largest while the others catch up a bit. Still haven’t got the pruning sealer I ordered. Taking forever for some reason. Getting excited for the flip though.
Group Shot…
Lucky in the back, Gorilla on front right side and Blue Dream on front left side. You can also barely see the clone peeking out behind Blue Dream, Lol! I put it up on a mayo container to get it more light. You can see the blue lid but the solo cup is on top of that behind the branch of the B.D.
HAGO!
yeah that yellowing is odd, definitely from a recent change but havent experienced whats showing there ???
Sorry I haven’t been online lately. Had some personal issues and had to be away for a bit. Unfortunately the people watching my house did not have the “Green Thumb” they thought they had. Even though I had the temp set in my room they decided to open the window and my plants all got mold! Pretty sad after how long I spent taking care of them. I still have seeds but want to make sure I am able to be here for the full grow next time. Had fun and learned a lot. Thanks guys!
Life comes up, plants grow back, need not fret. Finding good babysitters is tough but you will find work arounds like factime and nannycams work pretty damn well because life comes up!
Hopefully, your reboot will be fruitful, the way I look at it if you have beans you are only a few weeks away from being in the thick again. If you are hard up for beans let me know, I can likely make a care pack for ya
Sorry for my slow reply, life interrupted me again! Lol! I have a few more seeds for now to continue practicing but thanks for the offer. I have a few plants in my way that I am storing for a friend that had to move. Yes, moving during Covid is not recommended but he was having his property damaged by a constantly drunk roommate so had no choice. Once those are out of my grow area I will pop a few new seeds. HAGO!
