I see several coop seedruns approved but can only find a couple grows. Is there a specific thread? Did some of the approved runs just not come to fruition?

This. Some co-op grows have stopped before completion due to grower life (or plant) challenges. Others haven’t started yet. There is no one place, but they usually are found under the Co-op section.
Often strains are approved months before the grow can actually start. Esp. outdoor grows which are very good-weather dependant.

there is also a thread where people with seeds they want to put up for a co-op but can’t grow themselves , can put them up for potential seed run growers to volunteer to grow for the co-op.
Thru that thread is how I connected with @PineTarBastard and I grew out and seed increased the seeds he provided. They were the Shishkaberry 3f2 seeds we handed out a few months back.

I think there is some misunderstanding about what this thread is for.
Each breeder needs to have their co-op grows pre-approved by the newly formed Co-op action group if it is to utilize the Co-op infrastructure for packaging of seeds and mailing in the spring and fall boxes.
When you have decided on a seed run, you can post it here and the coop group does their voting whether your seed run qualifies to be handled by them. That’s it.
It’s not about what strains you want to see run or anything else. If you are offereing to do a coop seed run and want people to vote on which strain you should do, maybe the Co-op strain donations and breeder match-ups thread is suited better for that. Once the decision for a strain is made you will have to come back to this thread and post your proposal for the run so the coop group can vote on it. Does that make sense?

This thread is for a grower to put up a strain for consideration. The person should put it up with as much information as they have and the @coopactiongroup will go from there. It is not here to just throw up a number of strain names and start asking people what they want. Please take this conversation to a chat thread or make another thread for your request @_GreenToAs_T . When you decide what you want to run, come back and list it here with all the information you have on it.

Black Lotus (F2) by Bodhi (F3 up for vote)
86 UW Black (female) is the ‘86 University of Washington Black Hashplant (clone only) and the long-gone Snow Lotus (male) is the cross of Afgoo x Block Head.
The @coopactiongroup had approved the recently completed Black Lotus F2 seed run, thanks to the hard work of breeder @BackyardBoogie420 .
Out of the 15 original and fairly old F1 seeds obtained, just 7 seeds were viable and of those plants, 6 males and just 1 female was available to make F2 seeds with.
So because there was just 1 female plant to make seeds, the end result was not enough seeds to be shared with all of OG.
It was @DougDawson 's great idea to take 20 of these fresh F2 seeds and make an F3 open-pollination generation (with breeder @Longtooth volunteering), so many more OG members would be able to benefit.
