I don’t know if its worth it to you MOTR, but LACON sells those for about half price direct.

Yeah until they tack on $40.32 for 100 containers due to my zipcode :unamused: though definitely bookmark it for others

You in Alaska or Hawaii? Or is that how the company profits by overcharging shipping.

So the online calculator said it would cost me $36 to mail to Alaska and it wound up being $7.90, quite a differance, if there all $8 the my shipping cost dropped from around $100 to $24

I ship a lot of disc golf discs if they go first class it’s not quite 3 dollars in a bubble mailer or around 6 in a prepaid bubbler with tracking all the discs are between 150-180 grams + cardboard backer

Alaska…really don’t get it as the cost is the same being on the same continent though a common argument I have with some businesses unless they specifically state contiguous - get ripped off on a lot of “free” shipping too though have won my argument many times getting mailed stuff I probably shouldn’t have received like my oldest sons glass computer desk from Ny :stuck_out_tongue:

They sure don’t complain when Alaska pays it’s share of the nation’s taxes or exploits the natural resources for the rest of the countries comfort…

Looks fair to me how would you pay PayPal cash in envelopes ?

Works for me. Perhaps recipient’s who do not need the full packs can be encouraged to forward or trade to those who didn’t make the cut.

It all looks good to me so far. Not much else to do but see if it all works as planned and get the kinks out as they show up

It all sounds good to me. Sounds like a fair consensus of everyone’s ideas. Thanks for taking the time to put everything together. Your a rock star @MomOnTheRun!

One question I’ve had. Are this summer/fall seeds still going out this year? I’m OK either way, just curious and planning my winter lineup.

Looks good to me @MomOnTheRun, is the 155 just going to be kept aside as petty cash for unexpected incidentals?

Breeder packaging I believe.

Id suggest to just cover all costs then excess balance can go to server

Whelp, you don’t…get with your distributor on making arrangements sending cash

I think splitting packs made up is more a personal discussion between members in pm…we can try to make it happen if/when it comes up though its easier for distributors to divert a pack here/there for a specific member or purpose. I have the largest mailing list so unless I have the time to do so, its not gonna happen though the other distributors may be more receptive to it …never hurts to ask

We are sending 1 last box out this year under the original terms ~the 3rd week of December… Tiger Jack, Hindu Kush, Oregon Huckleberry, Rocky Mountain High, Pure Kush x Uzbeki, Herijuana and the limited fem packs of Lucky Charms. All strains after these will go in the April or October box depending upon the timeline when received by distributors

Thats is what I have in mind. Of course unexpected incidentals being limited to packaging and getting seed packs to distributors as needed. Because life happens sometimes the 155 may be used all at once as its enough to cover 1 run though more than likely here/there and spread around when the need arises…my personal hope is having this safety net, we can get more people involved into breeding the strains offered no matter where they are at in the world…

Last count was 29 strains with 7 breeders doing at least 1 strain if not 2 or 4 leaving ~22 strains that need breeders though once offered, private trades tend to take place so I will have to verify these to make sure they are still available to make pairings…I think once we have our preservation runs moved to our own sub forum it’ll be easier to do match ups - maybe with a donator or breeder megathread stickied at the top? idk 1st things 1st, moving everything around for the current changes and go from there

I’m so grateful for you guys. This is really a lot of stuff the distributors take on. I’ll be donating a grow before long, and hopefully more than one. Thank you all again for this extra work to make the numbers work. peace
