I believe from what I’ve read from H&L the line was already worked, so I’m not sure about all these folks pumping out F4. My guess is they didn’t get the beans from the man himself.

Have you germinated any of the “collectables” seeds? Thanks!
I ask because i have bought seeds from 12+ seedbanks worldwide over the last 18 years and legit seedbanks with VIABLE seeds:
1- don’t usually have a return policy.
2- don’t have prices too good to be true.
3- don’t have “collectable” in the description.
And i and many others were ripped off by a different “collectable” seed site.
CG Collectibles in Florida. Great prices for rare “collectable” seeds but ALL seeds were non-germinating dead seeds. Collectable but worthless.

no, i actually have not germinated any of my seeds yet. i am quite the neophyte. i recently got the growing bug and went on a researching spree and quickly got caught up purchasing seeds. so i haven’t popped a single one. i hope the seeds i’ve acquired aren’t bunk. i have tried to purchase from reputable sources and seedbanks.
i’ll assume (ass-u-me?) that the comments you’re making are in regards to the link i posted, which is to the swarley seeds site.
i don’t see any explicit return policy outlined on the site, just that there is a subhead which says “Return and Refund Policy”, but no other text underneath it.
those prices are pretty awesome, which i would rather support than seedbanks/breeders who are charging $100’s for their seeds. but maybe they’re so cheap because the seeds are fake, or because the seeds are random crap? i dunno, i’ll have to take that chance i suppose.

the guy who runs swarley seeds, brother randall, was very nice in his communication with me. i reached out to him with some questions and he immediately offered to send me a free care package. it was a very nice gesture. sure, it could be to “bait and switch” me into feeling like i can trust the dude and then what? i’m gonna spend not that much money to get a bunch of seeds, and support a guy who seems to be genuine and nice? i think i can live with that for now.
i certainly don’t want to be ripped off, and i do appreciate your word of warning, as i believe there are likely many rip-offs and scams out there. i guess i’ll have to let you know when i get a chance to pop those seeds.

I gotta support Woman-owned businesses, so i found MzJill Genetic’s (the Jillybean breeder) Jillybean F1s and F2s at a few places online. Including at her site:
5 reg. Jillybean seeds sells from $50 - 75 US at diff. places in the US and EU.
Just please be cautious when someone wants to sell 5 seeds for $10. Get em and grow them, before you buy a bunch is all i’m saying.

I see @bassman5420 has you covered, but if you need more, let me know. I have extra regulars. I’m trying to do a small fem ABC run right now. I’m also trying to make some ABC crosses and work them out to ABC leaf type, but they need a couple more generations. Plenty of those seeds too, but this first generation is all regular leaf.

It’s def a cultivar I’m wanting to spend a few years working with, think I got an Aussie sending me some but just a matter if they are gonna make it here safely, if someone in the US got some it would prob solidify my project, first step would be bean repro for plenty of breeding stock

After running a few different Appalachia crosses from bodhi, Applachia is dominant af and easy to find phenos of in most of the crosses. The right f2s especially.
I think the male bodhi used is a chemy green crack leaner, because most of the crosses come out like daytime herb, some fairly motivating.

As a sponsor and well known member, I sell my seeds here on OG at $1.00 per, for good 
, but that’s just me giving the finger to the high priced shops lol not ripping.
A LOT of folks are growing/toking my strains, with excellent germ rates etc
