Not gonna lie it’s purple Kush is pretty much boof. It has a nice mellow high that definitely robs you of energy.
But the smoke is really harsh. It’s like Hitting a bong full of style smoke…. OK, it’s not that bad but some are lol. Definitely gonna steer clear of the popcorn buds from now on gonna try out some bigger nugs and hopefully they smoke more decent.

Shit is looking good! First day of flower baby! Gonna feed them again for the 7th feed in a row now… biobizz is pretty weak when using at half what they recommend. Guess i should follow the feed chart as is and go from there but honestly this gaia green @JoeCrowe recommended really brought things back to life around here.

Ive been watering at 5.8-5.9 for a while now.
For weeks i was thinking to myself who told me i should lower my input ph. Your name stuck in my head and i thought it was you, after about 20 mins of searching all types of different shit i finally put 2 and 2 together and it was you who gave me some really good game but i wasnt smart enough to absorb it all and it kind of naturally happened over time. Thanks a lot

Well we are now ready to throw a trellis down. I just topped the wolf caps on the left, one i halfway snapped trying to bend down the main stem, The gelato front right remains untouched and the other gelatos have been bent at the main stem

Again… the purple kush is really rough black ash cough your lung and have your questioning the future of your lungs… oh and the high is completely lacking! Literally you need to whip out a dab to add on to the effect or else the feeling is very meh. I guess thats what happens when you get attached to some random Amsterdam seed bank bean from 2016. Oh well maybe i can try my hand at hash again. Definitely making rso lol.
Lesson here is never run 1 strain again… even if its a farewell run of some shit you think was special.

Managed to set the trellis today. Zip ties for the win.
I pulled a lot of lower growth off the plants but i tried to not go too crazy. Also 3/3 bend jobs failed and i supercropped 3 main stems by accident. I didnt even bother taping this one up. Speaking of tape… how the hell am i going to remove the tape and sticks from the other 2 bent stems… oh yea thats right were not. Good luck taped stems

@DougDawson yo doug i remember seeing you post a par meter in the past. Im thinking about getting this since i have been using a free app which i dont think is accurate. Which meter did you buy and would you still recommend it?
I tried to save the money and go off my my instinct but if i can get a larger harvest by tuning my light i would much rather do that. What are your thoughts on these par meters?

I would avoid that bud. That’s a Lux meter and you want a quantum par meter. A lux meter measures the amount of light perceived by the human eye. PAR stands for Photosynthetically Active Radiation, which is the light energy that plants use for photosynthesis. Quantum sensors utilize specifically tuned optical filters that only allow light with a wavelength between 400nm and 700nm to pass through. Check out this article for some cool info.
As for the meter I use, yes I would still recommend it as a decent and cost effective meter. It’s this one here.

Day 3 flower. Things are looking good and it looks like ill even have room for the kitchen sinks in there in a few weeks.

I did add the gaia green 4-4-4 when they were in 1 gals then i added more for the transplant. Wonder if i may have over did it.
