I am not trying to argue. Mold mites are definitely visible and high humidity has been an issue for seeds recently. They may be broad mites but I’m not so quick to tell someone else something I’m not certain on. Broad mites come with symptoms, too
True, you are right bro…
I just have some really bad depressive memories from when i had to deal with them fuckers… i really hope its only mold mites…
Do you see plant damage? Do you have anything in flower that looks like the pistils are burned and eaten away? That is a easy sign regarding broads…
Guys im gettin busy at work and my phone is being a dick and not loading. I posted pics of my wolf cap curling on some tops. It looks similar to the broad mite symptoms but it only been on specific tops of the 1 wolf cap. Once i get time to find a pic ill post
Go up to 21 days ago post #1325 that is the only thing that makes me consider broad mite a possibility so far cause the look is different.
Take a close look at the pistils, and see if they all burned up… your plants dont seem to affected if all you see is thatnone leaf curl
I don’t see evidence of broad mites in those images.
Either way, i would still consider predator mites, just to be on the safe side
Hmm it could be them but the dots on the bugs in the videos back isnt on mine.
Im really not sure if im in danger or not yet so the worry is lingering hard today
Yo that might be it! I just dont seen the reddish head which is throwing me off. I think my guess is dust mite or mold mite
Ok guys so based off all that it sounds like i am in the okay?
Unless you see bug bites or eggs it should be fine. I don’t personally see mite damage on your plants.
I’ll keep a close eye on everything.
I hate the unknown!!
Agreed with sir Joe. I’d probably sit down there and see if I can track where they go. Do they congregate at all? What do they use the stem to get to, where do they come from or go after a leaf, etc. If nothing else you’ll see whatever they’re up to. Best of luck my man. I don’t think they’re baddies but I’ve been wrong close to 1million times
See that white dot below the calyx? Thats one! They seem to be going upwards and exploring from my limited perspective.
Im going to try to catch one for more photos and observe their pattern.
They have been on main stem, petioles, and leaf surface, so far i am only seeing them one at a time.
Damn all this fuckin bug talk and i forgot to hit yall with some updates! Were gonna refer to gpop as popchizzle from now on. Thats a name we created years ago when i tried to get him into playing video games with me haha! Anyway hes my right hand man, we smoke, fight, and grow together cause thats what its all about.
Anyway popchizzle finally got around to reducing that purple kush tincture into RSO. For his birthday this year he asked for an electric burner with a magnetic stirrer haha that should give you a little hint about his background! You guessed it haha, an oldschool street ‘chemist’
We got around 5g RSO from 28g purple kush buds.
He says the smell of the reducing alcohol gives him flashbacks of his old ‘job’ way back in the day. You should see him haha you can tell that shit takes him to another place.
The purple kush rso is way better then the smoke!
I second this @seeds2weeds if you need some more seeds to restart, let me know and we’ll build a care package together.
Haha you guys rock. Thanks to the both of you for that. But dont worry i have plenty of seeds! Especially after all those stardawgs you sent haha
Well i got down the the tent today and i found the bug party. If you put your ear against the pot you can hear all types of ruckus going on in there. Its like joes apartment up in this bitch. (Not joe crowe haha)
Looks like they are soil mites and some are wondering up the stem. “Hey fuckers stay off my fuckin buds and were cool!” I just made my first peace offer. If they dont accept i will have to show them who god is
bugs.
