I have seen this before. I believe it’s an uncommon anomaly but it is an anomaly, not from being pushed against the wall.

Yes it does nearly identical
The other thing about mine was the stem it was on was almost completely flat, it was still round where it joined the main stem but was flat up the rest of the stem.
