Oklahoma would get lots revenue from Texas. Their mmj laws are some of the most restrictive in the nation. Texas requires a diagnosis of one of two diseases and your primary physician and a neurologist to sign off on it

Guys what should I do, I want to start growing but I know next to nothing and there doesn’t seem to be anywhere in Missouri to buy seeds or clones, please help I can’t keep driving to and paying for Illinois prices!!

You’ll be making many, many choices when setting up a garden, and those decisions will be unique to your situation (budget, space, privacy/security concerns, prior gardening experience, etc.). Soil or hydro? Sun or artificial light? What size and variety of pots will you use? If you’re getting lights do you select HID or LED - and there are lots of options within each of those choices. How will you feed your plants? Living soil, organics, liquid/powdered nutrients? You may need to adjust your water so the chemistry is compatible with the plant (outside of a certain pH range, they can’t absorb the nutrients they need).
You’ll want to choose strains you like (sativa vs indica, flavor profile) that will provide a decent yield and who won’t grow larger than the space you have available. Do you want regular seeds, feminized, or auto-flower? Genetics are super important, however acquiring them is perhaps the least of your worries. Missouri has no dispensaries yet so there’s nowhere to buy seeds or clones retail, but there are many (MANY!) vendors all over the world who will take your money and send what you need. You’ll find lots of discussion on this board of reputable vendors. There are lots of seeds that float around the members here too. Once you participate more in the forums, you’ll find those opportunities.
There’s a lot to learn. Read as much as you can. Ask lots of questions. We’re a friendly bunch

Mentioning that type of draw my son buys tickets on skate board decks I think 5/10 bucks a ticket then they’ll do a live draw for the winner . Wonder how a seed sale done the same way would be to generate server fund cash? @LemonadeJoe

I’m growing in a finished room in an unfinished basement, the occasional whiff of marijuana in the house isn’t a problem but I can’t have the house reek. I was thinking of starting with 2 plants a sativa and an indica, as for what I’m not sure I only recently have known what strain I was smoking and unfortunately my favorite indica so far is mag landrace which I really doubt I’ll be able to source a seed for 
beyond that I was going to get a simple grow tent with some basic plant soil and then some nutrients that I got recommended and some LEDs. The only part I haven’t figured out really is the watering and lighting schedule, that and the nutrients is a kind of play it by ear and adjust according the plants need type deal? I appreciate you guys taking the time to help me out so far I’ve got a lot of great info

- i would look for a dryer vent setup to vent the smell
- two plants to start - no issue, but you still should get a tent for as big as you plan to get.
- get an exhaust fan, the AC infinity is really popular - I have S8 but some get the T-series for RH triggers to run auto -
- basement growing you might need a humidifier for winter . wet summers [AF] like currently not a humidity issue until flower to finish - mold resistance genetics a big plus.

Ya it seems to be a hit with other items they set a date then peddle tickets . At the date of the draw they do elimination till the last ticket is the winner live with chat feature .

From what I took away from the interview it seems they were able to hire some people who were working at the greenhouses to stay on and start a new career

I am ready to cross the river from Illinois to buy medical in Missouri. No doubt Missouri will be more welcoming to out of state medical patients than Illinois is. I’m excited about dispensaries in the St. Louis area. We can get his cigarettes and fill the tank on the same trip.
