Im blown away by the amount of superhots im still harvesting. We’ve had a few light frosts but i make sure to spray the plants with water in the evenings so they dont freeze.
The reds in the large container are reapers, ive never had so many from one plant. :fire:

Hot peppers take about two to three weeks to germinate in my setup.

Ha, im really not much of a chili head! I still have over half of a little jar of powdered Carolina Reapers that i use a pinch of here and there from 2022 harvest, a little goes a looong way!

This year I grew some Primotaliis(PrimoXFatali)from my buddy. Those are hotter than hot, he eats that shit daily and said they were hot as hell, so probably won’t be touching those.

Anyway, the pods are wicked looking and i have enjoyed growing them, but what am i gonna do with em? Kill bugs?

Shishito peppers can be spicy if you leave them on the plant long enough…

IF you could only grow just 2 types of peppers, 1 hot & 1 not hot. What would be the top choices ? Question for Everyone!

I dont have too much experience to name them as my desert island hots yet
But for hots :fire: im gonna have to say Helios Habenero (fruity sweet + heat)

Some late season peppers finishing on the windowsill:

Cooked up a pan of hot peppers (the Unknown ones I got from a farm) went in frozen and came out cooked. Seeds & all.

Made a simple hot sauce :yum: :ok_hand:
Chocked the house out from the fumes, cause I blended it, heated it up once home.
Half afraid to try this lol
