I made the roasted pepper hot sauce and it was really good. I used 1lb of jalapenos! Really hot!
Trying cayennes indoors this year. Father in law grew some while we were staying with them years ago, and I dried and kept a lot that we harvested. He passed away a few years ago, and I decided to take a few seeds, and see if I can get them going. Wife doesn’t know im working on them either, so this should be a surprise
my plants are still producing. especially the cayenne. i pull some and new ones grow in. it doesn’t stop.
