You guys are the best man thank you so much for the help. Yeah fish I’m gonna grab that because I feel like I’m blindly feeding these plants.
Some leaves look nute burned, others look starving.
It’s weird though, I’ve got a couple clones growing up underneath the big ones and they look immaculate… They’re in the shade, but they look perfectly healthy… like being in the light does damage to the leaves to some extent?
They look healthier because they are younger, smaller, and have plenty of “food” relative to their needs. Your older, larger plants that are showing different shades are hungry for something…
Time to increase the feed I guess… that’s why I need a ppm measurement device… I never really know if it’s the lights stressing them out or if it’s a nutrient issue.
@ifish Hey man, that link you sent me for the blue lab device… Is that the right one - the one for conductivity measurement? I thought it was a PPM/EC measurement.?
Electrical conductivity (EC) is a measurement of water’s ability to conduct electricity. EC is related to water temperature and the total concentration, mobility, valence and relative concentration of ions. Generally speaking, higher EC means more electrolytes in the water.
Sweet thanks. wanted to double check before I hit the button! There was another one called ppm/nutrient
I was looking at this one too
Seems like they’re pretty much the same device, but one of them is designed to be a mixer. I’m guessing the one you link is probably a little more accurate than the truncheon model… similar price.
Measures the same thing, but it’s super durable. You can mix with them and people will just leave them in their res. I’d save the money though and just get the pen.
