Still Learning Rookie Mistakes

Greetings All

Well I have to blow off some steam as after researching and seeing my plants shrivel and burn to a crisp I searched for answers and looked at the ph levels when feeding, metered my moister levels??, soil ph levels??, grow pot size??

now I go to look up and realized directly 5 inches away is a super 1000 watt hps burning slowly my plants , very very big mistake .

so what I did was check the knob on the ballast and seen options of wattage so I moved the light 6 inches to top and adjusted the wattage to 600 hps and the plants are to the left and away from the light that was way to close to the plants…

I used the 2 last plants for hash and have more coming so it’s not a huge loss but a huge learning curve even for old farmers lol

I still make rookie mistakes. The most common is not fertilizing enough in veg.

I went a little overboard feeding them too early, they forgave me and now getting big and need to go out, but I’m still a few weeks away. I never hit that perfect timing for outdoor.

It happens bro, don’t let it get in your head. The best of us make the dumbest mistakes quite often trust me. Sometimes these things happen for reasons we aren’t yet aware of as well. Here’s to hoping this happened so something awesome can take its place . (My new cup half full outlook )
