Strains high in Nerolidol and β-caryophyllene

Nerolidol and β-caryophyllene apparently have some of the best anti-cancer effects on breast cancer if i am reading this correctly

Anyone know of strains high in these two compounds?

I know other terpenes help as well but I gotta start somewhere, thanks!

Got a hit of Leafly of all places… (for what it’s worth… :wink:)

  • Strains usually high in nerolidol are Island Sweet Skunk, Jack Herer, and Skywalker OG.
  • strains of cannabis that are naturally higher in caryophyllene such as GSC, Gelato, Bubba Kush, Chemdog, Master Kush, Candyland or Sour Diesel.

Juiced lemongrass is awesome, it’s halfway between lemon peels and ginger flavor wise sort of, and you can put a shot of it in some kombucha if you’re so inclined. I’m a little off topic, and spitballing, but it might be helpful
