I really dont have a dog in this fight. Its a cool thread that I have seen stall completely. May I offer a suggestion to add to the rules:
- if a strain is submitted and does not get picked up in “X” hours the person putting it up can no longer put the dead strain up. Thats all.

I think orig. a long-sitting (un-claimed) strain was ok so that people in EU could have a chance. But i agree that 8-10 hrs is a long time for this thread to be stalled because a strain has no takers.
Maybe @Kyleromero94 has a different strain he would please substitute for the un-claimed Queens Banner S1?

Yes in his OP he said something like “whether it takes 13 min. or 13 hours….for a strain to be claimed”. But that has since been edited out of the OP.
Personally, there’s lots of other stuff on OG to read, so i don’t mind the thread sitting idle. While this strain waits for it’s future grower to claim it.
The morningtime (in the US) this thread picks up speed dramatically. This strain below will be scooped up by then guaranteed.
