Thought I’d give an update as we’re coming up on a month. I requested an update from customer service early last week as I hadn’t received anything yet. The rep told me they didn’t have stock and as soon as they did, they would provide me with tracking. She offered to send me some 5 gallon fabric pots, which I received yesterday. It’s a nice gesture, just doesn’t address my original complaint. Shortly after my original post, all my plants hermed so there’s especially not a reason to rush now. Maybe their tents are caught up in this supply chain mess we’re experiencing.
@DougDawson how’s your tent holding up? Zipper still pretty tight? Mine has progressively gotten worse. No chance I can use it for flowering next grow.
