Baahahahaaaa!!! Some asshole thought he was so smart when he came up with that!!:joy: how much that beastly thing cost you in tax dollars? Better yet, how much did the architect/designer get paid?!
I notice that park bench doesnā€™t have any knobs on it to prevent the homeless from laying down and catching some zzzā€™sā€¦Toronto sure is progressive!! LoL

I canā€™t remember the numbers, but we spent millions of dollars to change our provincial slogan from ā€œfriendly manitobaā€ to ā€œspirited energyā€ā€¦lol :man_facepalming:

Post office: horrible place to go
Pharmacy: horrible place to go
Just shopping: no staff high prices
Their slogan: ā€œyour life store.ā€

I donā€™t even know what that means.

I hated the Toronto shoppers too, they are totally different than here. One I went to clearly didnā€™t even sell shoppers stuff exclusively they had tables and chairs for sale, huge toy section etc. was weird. Right by Queens quay or however you spell that weird way to say key! Smh the ones here are actually pretty good, Fort Erie too. Lots of staff always, some even have big grocery sections now, and the optimum points had always been my selling point , even 15 years back I would use that shit like a boss! If you know when and how to use it itā€™s nuts, 6 years ago we used 4200$ in optimum points to pay for Christmas almost entirely, plus my sons birthdays and toiletries for like the year . Even last few years our optimum points have been a lifesaver and if you redeem certain days they are worth even more. That has always been my biggest draw. I guarantee Iā€™ve had 15000$ at least in optimum bucks Iā€™ve spent in the last 7-8 years

The ones here are unpleasant. I sometimes avoid doing giveaways because I donā€™t want to go there to get stamps :joy:

Thatā€™s pretty sad. Iā€™ve seen some bad ones too though, guess it just all depends. Toronto winners scared me away from them for years too!! Chaos , absolute chaos. But here you are lucky to find ten shoppers in the whole store at a time

And everyone seems crabby when theyā€™re there. Like they donā€™t want to be there. I donā€™t blame them. But it adds to the negative vibe.

And I hate anything Galen Weston related.

The sdms around me force you to walk through the makeup section to get into the store. I hate that.

Thereā€™s one here like that too, itā€™s stupid as then the perfume lady is always trying to sell you upon entry. :persevere:ā€ lady Iā€™m here for my anxiety meds and/or to mail stuff or buy stamps, go bug someone elseā€

Anyone have any tips for a good kelp option or a bud booster that they use. I have been using greenleaf Sea K for a while, but have not been able to secure the size I am looking for.

Also, anyone else white knuckling their way through some outdoor. I have some waiting to finish and have been moving them in and out of the shed overnight and watching the weather like a hawk.

Yes, Iā€™m covering them from heavy rain.
Iā€™ll run until a killing frost.
