I was doing the same for the last 2 weeks with 2 autos, I have them in my workshop under lights, but the last 2 days I havenât brought them out, the workshop heats up quite nicely in the sun so I think thatâs their new home now until they finish.

I have put fish on the smoker, brined and sliced thin. Itâs kind of like jerky.
