Just mix in a little more then what you would put on the stem. Don’t go crazy with it lol if needed in a separate cup, melt the powder with slightly warm water. Then added it to the plants water.
I heard someone from up your way wanting to wait until spring to get cuts sent. It may be a safer bet, temp wise. Trucks are cold as well, so it probably wasn’t just the cold temps while sitting on your doorstep.
Yea that would be ideal, but under ideal situations. A hand warmer could work if wrapped up enough, but that would need to be overnight/2nd day anyway. Hmmm.
Idk those get pretty hot.
Yea, I was thinking it would be too much for such a small package. At my work, we get plants shipped in the dead of winter with heat packs, but it’s a bigger box and they’re layered with newspaper
Spray with bonemeal concentrate and coldish water hydration. Only way I can think to stimulate without over shocking . Then stake it up and hit it with sprayjets. Also add few more splice in lower stalk. If can get one hormone left to react can save it. Also trim dead leave tips reduce areas of effect.
No there’s no saving them, they were mush like frozen thawed vegetables
That sux man ;(

So I think all 4 of the orange goji f2 (the manifold plants) are females! Taking cuttings off them in another day or two then flipping once they root. I have two options for pollen to hit them with, Pine tar Gush and NL5haze x Sensi Star. The two plants in particular that I know I want to hit with some pollen are going to stay in 16oz containers. Not sure if I should just pollinate a clone in that case…The other two were too deficient to stay in the challenge so they got up potted, plus don’t have the right branching structure. I also have a couple godbud 2.0 clones I’m going to hit with the pollen too.
That all said, I want to start a game of sorts…
The pollen chuckaroo relay! I’m going to start a cross, pass some seeds to a participant/volunteer that will grow some out, and make more seeds, then pass them on to the next chucker. I’ll start another thread for it around new year. But the idea is to just blindly add some genetics to the batch (with records of what it was crossed with already) and keep track of it all on one thread. Of course seeds made along the way will likely be spread and grown out along with or a step behind the current batch. Let’s see how many generations we can push through in a year. For this purpose, going 12/12 from seed may be a good option, as the “baton” holder won’t necessarily be looking for the keeper ones to breed to, just make more seeds with your best judgment and what pollen you have on hand. Making f2 or fem is fine by me, just keep the ball rolling. Speaking of ball, maybe have an official baton of some sort, to be passed from one chucker to the next.
Adding another set of pollen to the list from lefhandedseeds,
“Major Indica” - 50% 88G13HP, 25% Black Domina, 12.5% Pre98 Bubba Kush, 12.5% Afghan Kush.
That totally made my day
Full on strainaholic here. Waiting for the JOTI group buy to ship and be distributed, I ended up ordering 7 different strains, when I went in only really wanting one or two. then I placed an order through a local supplier for some clones (clonify.co). I got it bad! So for clones, I’m getting my favorite new strains, Slurricane and Mendos breath ! Then on impulse, since I’m paying for them to deliver locally anyways, I wanted Flintstones, but they were out. He offered me a cut to order (root a cut), but that would be a separate order or delay my current one. So I asked how much they want for a fresh cutting…$10, I got two . Getting them Friday! So as long as all goes well, I’ll be growing these out as mothers, making cuttings and seeds, also trading for some other elites… MAC 1 is up next, and some kush . Already have an offer to give me MAC v2 for some inbreeding too! The MAC I’m mostly getting for my long time buddy, it’s his favorite. He can get it most of the time from his medical dispensary. But even with a veterans discount, that stuff isn’t cheap, and not always available. Once I grow it out and allow it to mature, then maybe it’ll have more of an effect on me, or I’ll just cross it with something more potent.
Overgrow the world!!
I’m glad to see you happy man. That’s awesome. Have fun and stay safe.
Thanks, gotta stay positive. Expensive lesson learned, move on to the next batch. It’s looking good, taking cuttings off my current plants and flipping them this weekend. Then in 2-3 weeks, pollination of select branches and clones ! Let’s see how many seeds I can make on each single 12-18’ cola! Stay tuned for the pollen chucking! Oh, and the chuckaroo relay… gotta get that post started at flip.
I know this is a little bit late, but I am so sorry for your loss. I can’t imagine how much that one must have hurt. When I saw that bucket full of flower, my heart sank.
Your attitude is admirable and I can’t wait to stay tuned for more!
Did they still have the triangle on there currently available list ?
Yes, triangle kush is $200 for first clone and $45 for each one after. The website says out of stock right now, not sure about that sale price, but text them and see if they’ll honor it. If it’s out of stock, they’ll do cut to order for no extra fee.
He asked if I’d be interested in getting an affiliate account for referring people lol.
The mendos breath and slurricane in the makeshift quarantine tent getting fumigated. The guy forgot the Flintstones fresh cuts, but will bring them next week on his next trip. Yes I know the pest strips aren’t the best choice, but I only just read that the spinosad spray I used for thrips doesn’t work for mites. Going to get some other spray within the week and keep in q/t until I feel comfortable taking a fresh cut off them to grow out as my mothers, and trash the base and soil that it came with
I use this every two weeks until 6 weeks in to flowering:
How about for spider mites? That says for fungus and bacterial infections. Though if that would of saved me from bud rot I’ll get some anyway.
I like the quartine plan and ditching the original containers. Good SOP.
