All manifold plants now up potted, the tester plants are all next, wait a day or two after taking cuttings, then flip! Or should I wait till I get roots on cuts…
This seems wrong . Roots on the surface
Well stimulus check is in, so based on the excellent review @Badger gave for it, I just ordered the AC infinity T4 fan! So with that running at night, and venting into another room, hopefully no more bud rot in the future!
Now that I have my quarantine tent set up… I’ve been shopping for more clones… especially some elites that are known parents of some other strains I want… so if a popular strain is a cross of two elites, I can technically be making my own batch of the same seeds (provided I got the same cuts). As long as I’m not tying to sell it, or give it out under the same name as the breeder is selling it for, is that smart or unethical?
Totally ethical my man!!!
I’m reading about one of my favorites, Slurricane. I though it was clone only but the breeder does sell seeds of it, at $200 a pack. So if I wanted to pheno hunt, the two parent cuts are available, I just need to do some work to get what I want, plus much more seeds to work with!
Went out for the first ice fishing trip of the season, got skunked, not even stolen bait. But didn’t go home empty handed. While I was out, I made the trip and picked up my missing Flintstones clone, and stopped by a clone store and picked up Blueberry, Sensi Star, and Cherry Dick (cherry pie x donkey dick). What is with names these days, my friend said “ why don’t they just call it red rocket?”. They had a cherry dick bx cherry pie they call Cherry Dick Pie . They were out of all the Kush strains I wanted, and the two local strains I was hoping to get, MOB and Burnham Redeye
Well, looks like I under estimated the size of my plants. To get all the test plants into bloom. I’m going to have to just keep cuttings off my two bigger manifold plants, and re-home them to my buddy’s place.
Three of these plants still need to be up potted, and two more need to go in still. Basically the two manifold plants are taking up the entire middle row.
Gorgeous! I wish I could go ice fishing, but it just doesn’t stay cold long enough down here for the ice to be safe.
Very slow day, saw one group get one little trout. there was like 4-5 groups out besides us. But overall a very pleasant day to be out, high was about 36-39F, clear skies and very little wind today. Rain tonight and tomorrow, prob going to mess up the ice for a few days.
But other than the driving, getting the clones topped off the day .
Nice pickups with those clones @Seamonkey84 especially the Sensi Star
Never been ice fishing… might need to check that out soon. Haven’t been fishing since my daughter was born almost 2 years ago
Anyway, your garden is rocking- keep at it
Stay hazed
Jake
That’s like a solid block of roots man. She won’t know what to do with all the space for roots you just gave her .
nah I still see some dirt in there peeking out. he could have let it go at least another month or two.
just kidding, that is a serious root block, I am sure it enjoyed the extra space!
True, true, there is still some space left up top
Updated shot before flipping tonight or tomorrow. The two larger orange goji manifolds have been re-homes, cuttings arent rooted yet but looking good. Still need to take the cuttings off the rest of these 9, but I can’t wait for them to root before flipping. They got up potted in stages, so some of them could use a bigger pot already for bloom, but they’ll have to deal with it. I’m going to try and squeeze a smaller god bud clones in there too, at least one to start blooming so I can pollinate it for seeds. Then the seeds can mature in the veg space.
The “little” manifold plant has gone through a growth spurt
I also installed the new AC infinity T4 last. My god that thing is soo much quieter, and the programming is awesome to have! It can run through the night now and the 6” fans I have going are louder. I just need to punch a small hole through the closet now to pipe the exhaust into the other room.
Like can sleep next to it kinda quiet? Or needs to turn it down still? My 4" Vortex is basically turned down alot and its still bothersome. Been looking at the AC infinity for the last year haha
I don’t have it on max, but even then it’s very quiet compared to iPower fan I was running. But I set it to the speed needed for my 3x3x6 and even when it ramps up to the highest set speed, it’s quiet enough I don’t notice it much over the little fans I am running anyway.
Nice. Guess that’s next on the buy list
I wish I just got it in the first place, maybe it would of saved my harvest. I had turned the exhaust off when the lights where’s the on, humidity spiked and rot set.
To be fair, muscle cars at full throttle are quieter than those iPower fans
My 6" AC Infinity is way quieter than my old 4" iPower, but I doubt I’d want to sleep next to it at full power, as I’m a very light sleeper. I could probably do so at half power, though
I think I have mine set to 6 or 7, like I said, the 3 mini clip on fans I have going almost cover the ramping up and down.
Yeah, they are super quiet while they ramp. Kinda freaked me out for a second the first time, lol.
