we aren’t here to sell final product of our beauties but to show them off. from now on, no warnings will be given (by me anyway)

  2. Define final product, because I could say I sell flower only if it is to be made into another form? Final product would be wax? I HAVE NOTHING FOR SALE. It is a example for clarification. (cause I’m sure someone will say it one day)

An example of final product of marijuana would be a plant in 12/12. A plant in veg would not be final product but there would be risk on the users end for distribution.

Basicly I don’t want my door kicked in because some dumb ass is slinging product in the back screen of this site.

precisely, legally regulated areas or not, publically attempting to sell final product, including but not limited to: wax, tinctures, medibles, flower, hash, flowering clones, rosin, trim etc…

only reason I say that @Viva_Mexico is because though it may be legal in two seperate places, the travelling across borders of prohibition areas to get between people causes the criminality

The problem is that we cannot reliably verify that they are in jurisdiction that legalized sale of cannabis products.

So to stay on the safe side we have to enforce the rule for everybody…

Not sure about others, but rec just passed here in MI and although we can now legally grow and consume, we are still not allowed to sell the product at all. Not that I’d ever try doing that online anyways, but I think that it’s nearly the same in most US rec states.
