It doesn’t look like a thrip
I don’t think its thrips. Maybe russet mite? I’m not sure wether to panic or not now haha
Trim that leaf, put it in a closed jar and wait, he already has food to survive …

Thrips look kinda worm like. They’re slender.
All those pics look like classic thrips damage to me.

Now i have my doubts 
as thrips damage are like scratches and that worm hasn’t got legs, could be caterpillar or inchworms instead …
I think they are too tiny to see them naked eye…
