Oh je du armer! Krank sein ist immer doof! Ich offe es geht Dir, bald wieder besser und du schnell auf die Beine kommst! Mit Schlafstörungen, bin ich schon mein ganze Leben mit gestaft. Kann ich also gut nachvollziehen 
bei mir ist 9:45 ! 
Ich weir sein gesund immer. Ich trinkt kaffee mit milsch aber es ist nein gut idee.

usally i catch a cold twice a year and than nothing.
but as long as we donÂŽt now why all dinos died. tThe man flu must been taken serious!
why not try some indian chai? the spices and milk sure will help. or some green tea ?

I think itâs probably just allergies really but itâs still not pleasant.
I often drink mint tea when I donât feel well.

Duolingo. If youâre going to use it, buy it, the free one is so cluttered with adds itâs unusable.
Itâs very good though I would recommend it. 10 minutes a day most days. Except last week when I didnât do it
