Ask about clonazepam as a substitute. Mild all day.

Thatā€™s the truth. So many people donā€™t know how to breath. Long deep breath that makes your belly pop out will help with anxiety. Short shallow breath in the top part of your lungs shoulder area creates anxiety

Definitely will. Appreciate you very much bro :pray:t3:

I know when I get real anxious if I really focus on my breath nose, mouth, DEEP and focus on the inhalation etc. it can often help if itā€™s not too bad already, Iā€™ve saved myself a bunch of times

Breathe thru your nose
And use your stomach not chest , this helps stop shallow breathing , draws air to bottom of lungs and helps digestion
Same trying to sleep and count breaths ( count them up to twenty casually and then start at one again , so not over thinking it , this helps getting over : )

Itā€™s definitely easier to tell people how to deal with stuff, than it is to deal with it on your own too. Definitely donā€™t want to sound like Iā€™m saying itā€™s easy and you should just take some breaths or something. Haha Best of luck trying to minimize the frequency, reducing annxiety, and improving yourself! Get those serotonin and cortisol levels in better shape!

Trimming my nose hair helps with breathing. That, and swimming.

Definitely appreciate you all more than you know. Iā€™ve been telling people about my online family for a long while but the last while it feels like so even much more. Itā€™s awesome .

What do you think about the new government push to end aftermarket parts and ā€œunsafe home repairs by unlicensed peopleā€?
The new copyrights infringement law would essentially mean you will only be able to buy stock parts from the dealer. And then the proposed law ending any work on motor vehicles unless you are licensed would stop what we do.
Thereā€™s no limit to the ways the government will screw the public over in favor of big industry.

In the middle of an anxiety attack itā€™s hard as f:/k to breath out of it. Deep breathing as a regular breath should definitely help minimize them.
I have asthma and if Iā€™m in an attack itā€™s really difficult to breath/ calm myself out of it. Iā€™m guessing the same for anxiety.

Yes, 100% has to in the earlier stages not when I know Iā€™m fuct! I actually had asthma for 25-6 years and one day it just went away, weird! My son has it as well bad too! (I spent so much time when I was young on oxygen, I had apnea as well) had 4 different inhalers at 6 years old and was on a first name basis with the hospital staff. Iā€™m hoping my sons goes away as I hate seeing him suffer like I did. I can definitely see where breathing could solve or at least significantly help with anxiety and have been exploring that avenue for a little while now, I think incorporating yoga etc into my routine and the breathing exercises as well as a true workout routine will be a game changer, especially since I havenā€™t been getting out as much as usual this year.

That sounds like a great plan, incorporating healthy habits, breathing exercises, and if you ever feel up to it look into different types of meditation too.

Meditation has greatly helped both me and my wife just having a more peaceful state of mind every day is really a blessing.

Usually youā€™ll end your yoga with some meditation, so you can just transition into that for as long as youā€™d like. Itā€™s great stuff. Simple things make all of the difference. No machines, devices, algorithms, or anything. Just you, the floor, your breath, and your mind.

Thatā€™s always been very grounding to me and peaceful to simplify things in such a crazy complicated life and world.

Exactly! Not sure our minds/emotions/emotional needs/interpersonal needs and so on have evolved as quickly as technology and all of it. I think itā€™s a bit too much for us. Humans are still pretty basic beings. Haha

@MoBilly i donā€™t think it will stick, but even when I was at the dealership working there we had meetings on ways to make it where people would have to bring their cars back so they are messing more with the software than anything. But at the same point thereā€™s a lot of people that pirate the software pretty quick. They can try and stop it but Iā€™m the end it will just be a big shit show,
