Oooo that’s a gift and a curse. Like I love it when it snows in the ozarks and all the hills and trees are covered with snow. Then morning comes and you have to go work outside in it lol.

Not necessarily. It’s widely accepted that humans were naturally polyphasic sleepers. In the absence of electric light and 8+ hour work days we would wake up every night for a few hours, then return to sleep, wake at dawn, and also nap during the day. What’s broken is rigid work hours and sleep schedules… but it’ll be a while before that changes
