Oh yeah, my mom had that issue, @HighTilliDie too I think.
My dad tried to patch the foundation and it helped the issue butā¦ well, it wasnāt sealed enough, so weād get leaking sometimes. But not as bad!

I say I think because I know his basement has water Ƭn it, but i donāt know if thatās specific to his foundation

Heās just being 16 and has found a passion for breaking and entering, sometimes for no other reason than the thrill of it all or because heās bored. Heās not a malicious kid, there are a few problems. One of which is his dad doesnāt spend any meaningful time with him. His stepmom is a fucking monster. I think a change of scenery and a different adult presence for the next few days might do him some good.

All I can say is I had my fun in school, I was pissed when I got expelled in high school and found out I had to go back to school. I said wtf I thought I was expelled. " Yes, but only for the remainder of this year".

In hindsight it costed me more of my time which was an extra year of school. Saddled up, put my head down to get thru it because school was the problem lol. Outside of school no issues, maybe the occasional quad/dirtbiking on the road.

Yeah Iām trying to re route ac drip lines that arenāt going to the basement sump pump to avoid any excess moisture. Me and my wife were just laughing at the terrible brick and mortar job in the basement by the shower area that I canāt keep from leaking. The mortar is sticking out quite a bit and it looks like a sloppy job
