What’s the medium ? Did she stay there for a while? Man she’s been all over the world huh? Me, I’ve been to Alaska, California, Michigan and New York…. That’s about it sadly

Yeah she’s more Europe Asia and I’m more US Central America.

I think this one is a silk screen too.

You guys are world travellers for sure, I’m envious

The world is mostly the same wherever you go.

We did a “where have you been quiz.”

I’m more US central/South America and she’s more europe Asia. But we got the same numbers.

I have a signed Alex Colville I found in the trash. :man_shrugging:

All this art and I’m surrounded by original works from :estonia: artists that we collected from my grandparents. Watercolours, carvings, oil paintings. Shit needs dusting and stays put as they are all one-off originals.

There are prints of Mrs. P’s dad;s work though cause it;s trippy 70’s UK progger stuff:

This is a poster for a colab where he did the art enspired by a fantasy series Mrs. P i writing and publishing.

It also changes because you went there. Here’s a chart with vague examples that can be both positive and negative so I don’t go into a rant sounding like I’m anti travel because of my own trauma.

Some people don’t know.

A lot of this is part of the estate. There’s way more I don’t have room for.

That’s pretty cool, I wish I had meaningful art like that, mines more just random shit  I do have some cool cameras though and fishing reels

It depends really. Heavy tourism where there are facilities maybe but totally off the beaten path, you’re just a local with different skin.

I did find a first edition of William Blake’s art collection book at goodwill about ten years ago, that’s about it for valuable art here .

Morning @TopShelfTrees1 . I love all the artwork shares. My house is filled with art. My folks grew up in rural Montana. The collected barn paintings, which I inherited. My mother-in-law was an amazing artist, especially considering she had arthritis something fierce in her hands. I’ll take some shots later of more. This is one of my favorites. Nice rendition of a couple Vermilion Rockcod. Love me some Reds for fish tacos.
