I’m usually up 4-5 times a night on average. I feel like a champion waking up only once in the middle of the night. I usually wake my wife up every time too. OMG this means she might wake up in a good mood this morning.

I’d have a heart attack if I was on espresso because I’d try to drink it all day. Thats out of my realm but when working at the bagel shop , the barista mentioned that certain bars make different quality or something like that.
