The Purple Kush that I’m growing out now sat in water - paper towel - water - paper towel … for 12 days before she popped. My wife just would not give up on that dang bean and finally there was a tap root. She didn’t say “I told you so” more than a dozen times. LOL
I guess sometimes they are just stubborn.
