I’ve got several ladders, but the orchard ladder with wide base and single pole support let’s me get in much closer.

I was saying that my Zamadelica is the biggest plant I’ve ever saw. And it still is. In person. Your girls are much bigger and taller than mine. Congrats bruh. Your hands will be perpetually sore in about a month or so.

Rigged up some trellis net on Big Girl. Looks like a hack job for sure. Broke some branches trying to pull stuff through the trellis. It definitely reduces how much it flops when the winged blows and let’s more sunlight hit the BD(JD6). Note to self: don’t procrastinate on installing trellis.

Look to the bottom left of Big Girl, and you’ll see a compost barrel. In Spring I mix in last year’s kitchen scrap compost.
I supplement with MaxiGro, MaxiBloom, WOW soluble humic/fulvic, BluePlanet EasyWeed soluble kelp, and ascorbic acid (vitamin C) for pH down.
Municipal tap water pH7.9 and 200ppm.
