Travelling to Toronto for Christmas

Been ages since Ive been to the big city, but am looking forward to one of the new attractions, Ripley’s Aquarium, but cant miss on seeing the St. Lawrence Market (for anyone who’s been to Pike Place in SEA. imagine 3 times the stuff, and half the price, and a gumbo of multicultural peacefulness) Wish the Jays were in season.

Anyone in the area? If there are locals, would love to know if there are any cannabis lounges still operating. I know there is Roach 0 Rama in the Kensington market, but have not heard of any others.

That aquarium sounds awesome. Some of my favorite things are sea creatures. Used to breed seahorses and such… What an awesome time… Hope you have fun brother

no but i’m probably going to be around toronto in the summer, got family near carleton place

I grew up in the Toronto Area.

born and raised in T.O. live an hour away or so now, I was down in Kensington Market and there are quite a few dispensaries in the neighbourhood. I think they clamped down on ‘smoking clubs’ though. As for the aquarium, I went when it opened a couple years ago and everyone enjoyed it, really top-notch facility. Gift shop prices were surprisingly reasonable, as well. If you head to st. Lawrence Market it isn’t far to check out a raptors game or the Leafs at the ACC which is a few blocks away along front which is very pretty around Christmas.
