The story goes that both the OG Kush and the Triangle Kush are sisters, found as seeds in some weed that was purchased in the early 90s.
If you s1 the Triangle though, you’ll see SFV and Ghost type plants among others

good to know im gonna be doin s1 soon for tk ,ecsd , chem91 , and red runtz but tk got me confused on seed finder looking at strain lineages some state tk other og but both return triangle kush as page

Hope youre gonna use something stronger than sebring’s recipe because I can tell you right now if you do that on the TK you’ll fail. She’s a hard one to reverse and get viable pollen.

I just stick with throwing dudes at her. Such a great breeding tool. Rock hard bubbly grenades galore and surprising resin production. Offspring can be unstable in my experience.

I just got a pack of crickets and cicada tk x ogtkm10 made by bob and Hannah. Thinking there is some good males in there for breeding stock.
What genetics would you cross a tk male too?

Now that led me down a search thread I could work with some of those quotes, and I found the original post from OLDFAMILYRED/BlueDog/Big Ricky in a 2007 ICMag Blockhead thread- I swear to the heavens that I will single-handedly undo the fucking anonymization of all these great OGs on the Mag who got wiped for not playing along. It really is the single biggest stumbling block in doing research on modern genetics in my experience.

I could believe it honestly from looking at all the lemon thai pics, the descriptions, flavors/smells, and effects.
The chemdawg link is undeniable tho imo. I’d be hard pressed to believe the TK and Chem91 are not directly related. They look like they came out of the same pack of beans, or one is an s1 of the other. So whatever is the lineage of one of them, is at least part of the lineage of the other. Fight me

now if the ogs1 i have and the triangle kush taste and smell the same (any comparison testers? [image] ), the story of OG being a hermi chemdawg from tahoe will be forever proven false. LOL…the saga continues…but for real, based on all my growing, i find it hard to believe the diesels and og are related…IMHO…
that triangle kush is a dead ringer for our ogs1 in calyx structure…and the calyx/bud structure on the og is the most unique i have ever seen, likewise at the TK…when’s the first side by side round 1 scheduled? LOL…maybe we can rouse enough attention to put it on comcast PPV

has anyone tried Tex? (jelousy x triangle kush - seedjunky) i got an F2 pack by what appears to be a white label seed maker (shindig genetics, which claims they got their Tex from jbeezy)

What would be the holy grail in a TK cross that would improve upon the clone only? I’ve never seen the TK but have her getting ready to go into flower so I am super excited. Just curious what traits could be improved on in a cross.
