Because I’ve been doing this feed regiment for 25 years and it works for me.I run my ec that low if i use my autopots and they are on continuous feed but by hand i will always run pure water once in a while as salts will build even at that low an ec, especially if i let my pots dry out. If they dry out they are getting plain water for sure. Ive experimented with many ec levels and feed regiments to know this is what i like for my garden. I would still do a water only once in a while even if i was running that low as salts still build up over the entire grow from my experience. Cheers

I also run white phosphor converted led and run into all sorts of issues with ec that low

Same amount of ec going into pot ?

My ec changes depending on the ppfd the plants are under. But if i ran 1.2 under 8-900 ppfd i would have all sorts of problems with K defiencies by week 5. Ive tried it all.

It’s an indication that your ph & ppm is off.

I should also clarify that when using autopots the salts are pushed up and out of the absorption zone so dont need to use plain water for salt build ups and they never dry out. I should just go back to those but theyve leaked on me before and made me nervous to use again

1.2 is just the feed you would be on at this stage , increasing as you go

1.9 + 1.9 + 0 = 3.8
1.3 + 1.3 +1.3 = 3.9

Changed to 1.3 to get it closer but 1.2 probably better

My ph is 5.9-6.3 in pro mix hP.

Check your run off before assuming everything is in order. I get those same signs every time she’s off.

Ah yes, i see what you are saying. I could always lower and try that out and do a side by side.

Could just be genetics. There are a lot of leaves like this in the chem D discussion thread.

Idk  I’ve been through every pic I have of all the tk runs I’ve done, as well as on this rarebuyer cut, and I can’t find any leaves that look like that from any of them. And it’s not like I’m running perfect looking plants on the majority of those. Closest leaf I can find is maybe this pic

:man_shrugging: and I don’t think that’s it.
Where I did see variegation and hooked leaves tho, is that “OG Kush” S1 or whatever cut I ran with the black river og and bubba and whatnot and that cut verifiably did have HLVD.

A single plant 3-panel test from farmerfreeman is $55 last I checked.
or can do 5 HLVD only tests for $75 from 3riversbiotech.

My TK cut, from Joe, never hooked any leaf nor had variegation.

It’s 100% there

A few years ago this was common knowledge, now it’s like the MIB gave everyone a little visit.

hmm yours is also showing the crinkle leaf thing and my original TK never did that either
Nor does this rarebuyer cut

But you just had that one tested right?

From our good pal @Joker

@HolyAngel This is the one “someone” sent him, correct?

Well there we go then. I sent him that TK from my original cut of it.
