that is almost exactly how i build a cloner also. i have never seen mylar put on so smoothly as that one picture. looks like a mirror.

I have another box I built using the same application technique. 
The walls were done before they were mounted; so laying the wall flat on a table or some saw horses allow real easy tight application…
