Here are some bud shots of Cobra Lips this evening. This plant has really surprised me in the last few weeks with the speed of growth and packing on the weight of the buds.
This one might be my first finisher. The smells coming off of her are fantastic, I find myself smelling my fingers after staking the branches and doing some defoliation.

Not sweet or fruity. I guess it’s a dank smell, I’m horrible with describing smells. It’s a thick smell if that makes any sense. It smells like really good weed!

The weather here has been outstanding. Sunny warm and no rain. It really makes a big difference. Usually this time of year the cool days and even cooler nights tend to slow down the plants growth.
They are still a dark green color, no fade or purple leaves yet.

I did some staking and tying up branches on Fat Bastard. The buds are starting to get some weight. The smell of this plant is unbelievable, straight up Juicy Fruit gum!
I’m bad when it comes to describing smells but this is unmistakable.

I looking good @Tuned , I was out moving my plants and am also really bad placing smells, but now that you mentioned juicy fruit that is exactly what mine smell like. Love the smell for sure.

Here’s some bud shots of Sour 13 this evening. @darkillusion
The buds on this plant are a different shape, rounder and more girth than my other plants.
The smell is sweet not funky. Wife likes the smell of this one. I grew a Blue Dream a few years ago, the smell is similar.

Fuck. Never even thought about juicy fruit. That is pretty spot on. I have been trying to describe it as fruity and sweet with a hint of grape fruit. I didn’t place my finger on juicy fruit gum. But I think you nailed it pretty good.

@Tuned Also want to add that this get 100% better the longer you let it go. There are purples that you can find if you let it go long enough. Good luck!

So here is where we are at after 10 days of beautiful hot sunshine . Definitely not typical for this time of year. My plants have been loving it.
Cold front is moving in soon bringing rain.
I’m ready to cover them and ride it out.
