Maybe someone in the bay area can help you.

good luck on your search. i see PCG is still distributing “Gary” if you know anyone in the bay (its what they call GP). alternatively if youre willing to settle for a daughter, i have the pcg supersonic cut (Gary Payton x Project 4516), super similar terps and bag appeal. between the two i actually preferred the supersonic cut, its more fruity at the cost of being less gassy. GP should be fairly easy to find, wish you luck

Buying a clone from a Cali dispensary is like picking up a hooker and not using protection lol

Thank you! Funny thing, SF Bay Area is home to me – er, was, for 50 years. Now I’m in Oregon. I shoulda stayed.

and THIS is hilarious. Funny thing, I bought a Gary clone in Oregon and didn’t quarantine it properly – it had mites and gave them to Bruce B. lol

CBCB is the first medical dispensary in the US.

That means nothing. Being first doesn’t make them exempt from pests or pathogens. It’s estimated that up to 90% of legal California operators have some level of hop latent viroid in their system. That’s just an estimate for that one pathogen. Not counting molds, pests etc.

Yes that was mentioned in an article and it was said from PCG who were selling their clones. Maybe they’re right but they also have a profitable incentive to be right.

I live in California. Next thing you’ll tell me is the next atmospheric river is about to be armageddon.

Not everything is one way or the other. Either way… i’d be worrying about the lackluster quality of GP than anything that’d come with the clone. Much better stuff out there. Literally endless cherry pie/gsc crosses here.

It’s been mentioned many places. I suppose you think is is not true ? I wonder why places like medicinal genomics and other top molecular biologists studying hop latent would confirm similar claims from studies ? Hell, it’s right on medicinal genomics website and has nothing to do with PCG

I won’t even comment on the other passive aggressive stuff you posted because it has nothing to do with Gary Payton or helping the author of this thread

you can see they are selling clones and test kits. Not a reliable source. Need independent analysis before coming to a conclusions. Otherwise it is just parroting.

Either way, I already helped the author of this thread by providing a link to a very cheap clone that is as legit as they come.

i fully trust PCG, my buddies who do large scale outdoor hoop houses swear by their field test kits. i quarenteen for a month as i do all incoming cuts. havnt had any issues yet, been buying clones every season since 2018 (knock on wood).

there was a very heated thread on another forum that claimed they got hlvd from pcg cuts purchased @ the emerald cup but the consensus was that the the poster was more just trying to throw shade at them, it was completely unconfirmed / probably made up.

im a bit biased though, pcg has treated me really well over these last few years

PCG has NOTHING to do with the work going on by other biologists like Kevin Mckernan at medicinal genomics. Idk why you keep referring to PCG. other very smart people in the actual world of biology are saying the same things about the infection rates among legal grows because, the scientists are all sharing there data from testing that is being done for all these legal grows lol.

I guarantee Tumi is blowing them away as far as industry leading in testing. That’s besides the point though as I never mentioned PCG. my point is, California dispensaries on average are a cesspool. It can’t be disputed

Sounds good.

thank you for this. As I guy who did a lot of marketing, it’s important to see and “get” stuff like this, everywhere. There is so much duplicity in marketing these days.
