Please look at the Wim Hof method. It’s something you can start right away. There are testimonies of people with MS who significantly improved their condition without medication.

I don’t see what’s the problem with sending money via PayPal, it’s not against the law to raise money for someone who is going through health problems. As far as I know, people can accept gifts (money) and not have to pay taxes on it as long as a single person doesn’t gift over $15,000. PayPal shouldn’t charge a fee either as long as you aren’t purchasing goods from a vendor and need protection on your purchase.

I guess I don’t understand how they would even make a connection to OG and a cannabis community? A lot of people have PayPal accounts, millions of transactions occur everyday, why would anyone be prosecuted for anything? He could have a large community of people on Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, or Youtube that rally together and send money this way.

Agreed, I like to think about it this way: imagine Overgrow is a party at a house you don’t live at. For the sake of this, consider the mods the residents and Joe is the owner who lives there too. If we’re all at the party, obviously we’re all contributing to the fun being had, but in the end we’re still at someone else’s house. They pay the rent and they’re the ones the police call when the party gets too rowdy. If they ask me to not do a thing, I’m gonna not do it, or leave. Both are okay responses, but the thing I’m not going to do is the thing they specifically asked me not to. Especially if they say “sorry, I just can’t take the risk of the cops coming looking for me if they hear about it”. Even more so if they say “hey this house got raided the last time we let people do that, and it meant that we never saw some of those friends again”.

using another name sadly does not work, becasue you need to use your
real name in the registration and they automatically use it as identifyier for
the page that gets set up …

Even on regular forums, where nobody’s doing anything illegal, it’s not a good idea to give out your info. I’ve heard of people having SWAT teams called on them just because they got in an argument with someone immature enough to make a few crank calls and they’d been doxxed - add the fact that there might be actual illegal activities going on here, and I think it’s just common sense. 
Unless you have a friend willing to put this kind of thing in their name with no questions asked, who doesn’t mind the possibility of strangers on the internet using their address to play games, there’s no really good way to receive money online entirely anonymously. The closer to actual anonymity you get, the more hoops you’ll have to jump through. If you wanted to take a laptop to a coffee shop, log into a crypto-based VPN, connect to TOR and then use that to connect to decentralized exchanges that’s about the closest I could think of…
