Muskies can literally drive a man to madness if one isn’t careful. They are tough to catch.
I’ve caught pike, but never a muskie. Fishing for pike is a lot like fishing for bass.
Ice fishing for pike with pop ups was me fav way to catch em.
Trout can be the same way. Especially for fly fishermen. I caught the trout bug as a teenager, and still have it.
I finished sorting my mature Kentucky Red Hair fem seeds. I ended up with 119 mature fem seeds. I set 6 aside for a trade I made and then used a counting app on the rest. My original guess of 100 was pretty close. I am very happy this project was a success! I’m currently trading KRH fem seeds in groups of six. Let me know what you got if you want a few!
What temp is the room they are in? Soil looks a little wet to me too. Did you move em out of the red solo cups or is this a different set of seeds? Hang in there bud. Try not to over handle em. Warm the temp if you can and hopefully a few seeds pull through.
Just skimmed through this thread, interesting project. How did the mom turn out with red pistols? @ChinookKing
Tent is 73 and 53 on temp and humidity. Moved them out of the solo cups, and was very careful about it. Moved them due to the mix I was using, dried up very quickly. Had a humidity cover over them, but took it off before I took these, because it looked wet to me too. Hoping a few more pull through
I’m so pleased y’all are working this line. Very cool
I’m a trying
I can set you up with some freshly made KRH fem seeds if things don’t turn around. Hang in there.
I appreciate it. Really hoping they do turn around
The one on the right side looks like it’s not going to grow normal and the one in the middle might need the seed coating membrane removed
Best of luck!
Did any of the seeds turn it around?
None. I had 2 or 3 that looked like they were going to make it, then died
🪦… A moment of silence is in order.
They say experience is the best teacher. I suggest you get some really light fluffy seedling soil and use KLN to help em get going. Use a squirt bottle to very carefully water em the first two weeks. Start em in solo cups again but don’t transplant them until you see a few sets of true leaves.
I will send you a few more KRH seeds.
