No likes left, bowl is cashed, all the beer was taken by family as “left overs”. Alright! It’s after midnight, does it count as wake and bake if i only took a nap? When i woke puzzled by a thought… why have i never had a omelette made with turkey eggs??? Why can’t i buy turkey eggs at the store? When you look it up, the answer will amaze.

Needs to cure. Smoke is smooth but taste is not so great. I let it dry on the plant in the ground like they do in Middle East/India. I just finished trimming and have attempted to make a cob inside a plastic bag. I’m gonna leave it for couple months in bag before I smoke again and hoping it’ll cure into a smoother somewhat acceptable smoke in the taste department.
