What are you watching? (TV & Movies)

“They changed the street signs and license plates but that’s definitely Richmond.”

The movie “the man” with Samuel l Jackson and Eugene Levy is a particularly good one. Shit movie. Good Torontonia.

Also a shit movie “the skulls” turns U of T into a shadowy gothic place. Very cool.

Yes!!! I think Barry is a great show and am really psyched to check out the new season.

Though it’ll have to wait until I finish my re-watch of Better Call Saul to catch that new season…

Sports, mainly college football, relax with golf, off n on with baseball (Giants). As for TV shows, Surviver, and once in a while, Forensics Files but would never watch it stoned. But the best way to watch TV is stoned with the sound off and making up your own script.

Well I made a deal with my GF that if I suffer through 3 Rammstein videos she’d watch a season of Walking Dead. Big surprise she likes it now (everything I suggest she ends up liking). So I’m rewatching the show an episode or two a night. I don’t know what season they’re on but I don’t play that mid season finale BS so I haven’t watched in a few years. With any luck by the time I get to the episodes I haven’t seen there’s plenty of them.

Have any of the horror/thriller fans seen Yellowjackets? A lot of familiar faces from the nineties and kept me guessing! I guess they are filming for a second season

Pretty crazy show, a bunch of it was filmed a few blocks from where I live. If you look close enough you can see paintball spatter on some of the trees lol

BRUH seriously?! Mostly in Vancouver right? except for the opening snowy scenes I saw were somewhere in Cali… yes I’m obsessed… a little annoying they didn’t notice the paintball splatters though haha! There’s also a pretty important shot with a camera guy in it you can barely notice but still a great show. That I’ve been thinking about for months… imagine if I put as much effort into my grows as I did trying to figure out Antler Queen all season :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:

Yea, some of the forest stuff was shot at a place called Panther Paintball. It was a bit of a trip watching it at first lol. The small slip ups always crack me up in shows.

They really suck you in good with the opening scenes don’t they.

I have been watching reruns of Perry Mason and The Twilight Zone and honestly to the young ones here Id rather watch this than the drivel out now for the most part. Funny as shit part is the names have been changed but lots remain the same. Not a fashion guy but the way the wardrobes of these shows have come back and gone a couple times is funny as shit.
