We begin

hmm somebody forgot to clean up after use…anyways add some fresh mushrooms sauteed in real butter.

Melt some swiss on it and plate it then sprinkle some fresh chives and add a couple of toasted croissants. Time to eat!!

Vegetable Pancit

So I wanted a pizza but it’s too hot to crank up the oven. So I made a past-za.

Fried portobello, onion, kalamata, pepperoni.

The sauce came together with a can of tomato juice and a splash of heavy cream.

A bit weird but good. Tastes just like a pizza.

Mrs Foreigner isn’t here so I get to do what I like.
