Iâm obsessed with them! We go to this restaurant 2-3 times a month. The waiters memorized our order at this point lolâŚwe just walk in and they start putting food on the table right away
So so good. I read up on making them and they either use a gelatin base or frozen little pieces of broth to get the soup in there.

Yea you do!! Their Xiao Long Bao wonât be as good as a shanghainese restaurant but still worth trying! Dim sum has really good spare ribs and these dumplings called Siu Mai!
The main difference is the skin. At dim sum they are thinner.
