Cooked the family a Swiss cheese, garlic ,onion ham mixture with green chill with folded in fresh grown heirloom tomatoes

This stoner raided the garden and local fishery. Im in the process of making, I’d guess you’d call a tuscan shrimp dish, over rice of course, heritage lol.

Of course…
Shred fresh cheese to thicken cream base, add sprinach and fresh basil at the end, over rice. Sooooo yum.
